Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pooja or yatra date are eligible for a full refund, minus payment gateway charges. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are eligible for a 50% refund. Pooja Kit orders, once dispatched, cannot be cancelled. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5โ7 working days.
