Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pooja or yatra date are eligible for a full refund, minus payment gateway charges. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are eligible for a 50% refund. Pooja Kit orders, once dispatched, cannot be cancelled. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Karmvedaa facilitates bookings with independent verified pandits and travel partners and is not responsible for outcomes of religious rituals. Pooja Kit contents may vary slightly by region availability while maintaining equivalent value. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
